This privacy policy (hereinafter - the Policy) regulates UAB "Dviračių arena", in k. 302694989, business address Laisvės pr. 60, Vilnius (hereinafter - we), the principles and procedure of personal data processing and the operating conditions of the website http://www.dviraciuarena.lt (hereinafter - the Website) managed by the Data Controller.

1.2. We aim to ensure that our customers, website visitors and other persons whose personal data we process fully trust our services and are transparently informed about how we process their data. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter - GDPR), of the Republic of Lithuania the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter - ADTAĮ), other legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania. 3.3. Personal data processed for the purpose of e-commerce are not transferred to third parties, but for the purpose of delivering parcels, personal data are provided to companies providing parcel delivery services.

4. Sending newsletters (direct marketing)

6. Video surveillance

6.1. We carry out video surveillance in the premises (trading hall) located at Laisvės pr. 77b, Vilnius, so you can enter the video surveillance field if you visit us. In this case, you will be additionally informed about the video surveillance by our posted information boards.

6.2. The purpose of video surveillance is to ensure the safety of employees and visitors, general order, and to protect the property of the Data Controller, its employees and visitors.

6.3. Video surveillance is continuous in the above-mentioned area and premises.

7. Personal data storage procedure and terms

7.1. When processing and storing your personal data, we implement organizational and technical measures that would ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other illegal processing.
