The helmet is manufactured using an in-mould process that bonds the polycarbonate outer shell directly to the impact-absorbing EPS foam. An additional polycarbonate layer covers the lower edge of the helmet, helping protect it against scratches, impacts and everyday wear.
The Velvet Black finish gives the helmet a subtle matt-black appearance. Its height-adjustable peak can be positioned at several angles to provide protection from sunlight, dirt and low-hanging branches.

The Zoom Spin adjustment system uses a rear dial to adapt the helmet accurately to the rider’s head circumference. The height of the retention system can also be adjusted to provide a stable fit for different head shapes.
