An optical heart rate monitor worn on the arm instead of around the chest. For many riders that is simply more comfortable, and it can be worn on the upper or the lower arm, whichever suits you.

It broadcasts over ANT+ and Bluetooth at the same time, so it pairs with mainstream bike computers, watches and training apps. A built-in vibration alert lets you know when your heart rate climbs above the limit you have set, without looking at the screen.
