The Lumen eRIDE 905 is the lightest of SCOTT's electric mountain bikes – 17.9 kg with a carbon frame and shorter travel. SCOTT lists it for cross country and marathon use rather than trail. Faster Schwalbe Wicked Will Super Race tires and a higher-tier wireless SRAM AXS groupset point it at distance and efficiency rather than descents. It suits an experienced XC or marathon rider who wants the bike to behave like a normal mountain bike, with the assistance simply extending the ride.
