The SCOTT Scale Gravel is a rigid 29-inch flat-bar bike: mountain bike frame and tyres, without the weight of suspension. It suits riders whose routes run on forest trails and gravel roads rather than tarmac, and who prefer a more upright position than drop bars allow.

Wide 2.4-inch tyres absorb small bumps on their own, so you rarely miss the suspension, while the rigid frame turns every pedal stroke into forward motion. The bike comes with Syncros Silverton 1.0X carbon rims.
